Cost of Hose

As of the 1st March 2012, all orders received will be charged on the following basis. All prices in pounds stirling

Tartan Hose

Seamfree hose with whole diamonds are £100
Seamfree hose with split diamonds are £110
Fully fashioned hose with whole diamonds are £120
Fully fashioned hose with split diamonds are £130

Hose Tops

Split diamonds are £70
Whole diamonds are £65

Diced stockings and hose tops are only made in fully fashioned style

Diced stockings are £120
Diced hose tops are £65

Surcharges

A surcharge may be applied for extra large hose, as when more than two marls are required. We will contact you before proceeding with any order where are surcharge would apply

Handling Charge

A handling charge of £5 for deliveries in the UK and £10 rest of the world is made to cover:-

a. Shipping / Postage
b. Administration costs
c. Bank charges
d. Incidental costs

Payments

1. We prefer payment by Visa or MasterCard and the card details should be sent with the order. We will not make a charge until we ship your order.
2. By cheque which should be with a UK/EEC based bank, made out in pounds sterling and payable to Kilkeel Dancing Hose. The cheque will not be cashed until we ship your order
3. If you prefer to pay by PayPal, we can send you a PayPal invoice. We will not proceed with the order until we receive the payment.

With new tartans being registered all the time and manufactured by different mills all over the world, it is impossible for us to stock all the new colours or variations of shades. We will do our best to provide "best match" to your swatch, and if in doubt will send you samples of threads for approval. If it is necessary to make a special marl to provide "best match" for an undercheck, we will make a charge of £10 for each "special marl".

Split diamonds are recommended for tartans with more than 2 main colours

Hose with a calf measurement up to 15.5" can be made either seamfree or fully fashioned. If the calf measurement is over 15.5" fully fashioned hose are recommended.

When sending Visa/Mastercard details, please send the name, number, expiry date, and CVV2 number from the back of the card (the three digit number).
